What are the common causes of Exzema?
It is difficult to pinpoint the exact causes of
exzema although it is known to be an allergic reaction. The symptoms
of exzema usually appear on the skin (see exzema
pictures) as a reaction to a chemical, pollutant or even metal which
causes the allergy. The treatment of
exzema depends on the exzema
symptoms and the causes of
exzema.
It is not very easy to isolate a compound or substance
to which people may be allergic; therefore it is difficult to pinpoint the exact
cause of Exzema. An allergic
reaction can be set off by almost anything; extreme hot or cold conditions, the
skin touching a very rough or coarse material, sweating, eating jams, jellies or
meat. Some people might be allergic to soaps and detergents, or disinfectants.
Others causes of
exzema could be an allergy from dust mites and contact with animals. Sometimes the
allergy can be caused by a viral infection or even due to stress. Chances are
that if you suffer from exzema, then your siblings or other close relatives may
have asthma or hay fever, as the cause of
exzema is common in people who have a family
history of allergies.
